We’re now an Accredited Living Wage Employer

We’re proud to announce that Plus One Community Learning CIC has officially been accredited as a Living Wage Employer by the Living Wage Foundation.

This means we are committed to paying all staff and contractors a fair wage that meets the real cost of living. By joining this national movement, we stand alongside thousands of other employers who believe that a hard day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay.

By paying the real Living Wage, employers are supporting their employees with a decent standard of living and driving up standards to tackle in-work poverty.
