Fantastic News: Multi-Year Funding Secured to Support More Families
We’re absolutely delighted to have secured multi-year funding from John Moores Foundation to deliver ten Help Your Child Thrive programmes across Anfield, Everton and Walton.
Programmes are already well underway, supporting parents with practical strategies, confidence, and connection — making a real difference to children’s learning and wellbeing.
This funding allows us to build deeper, longer-term relationships with families and communities, strongly aligning with the John Moores Foundation’s commitment to tackling inequality, strengthening communities, and creating lasting opportunity. We’re so excited about what this means — more stability, more impact, and more families supported over time.
John Moores Foundation is a registered charity, established in 1964, that gives money and support to local organisations doing charitable work. They focus on funding projects based in Merseyside (including Skelmersdale, Halton, and Ellesmere Port) and Northern Ireland. They aim to help people who face barriers, as a result of social, educational, physical, economic, cultural, geographical or other disadvantage, to come together to improve their social conditions and quality of life and address issues that are important to them.
John Moores Foundation do this by making grants to local groups that fall within specific areas of interest. Priority is given to small, grass-roots and volunteer-driven organisations that support those most in need and work in areas that have been under-represented in receiving grants.
